About Me

My Dreams and Aspirations

Life is short and time is precious. In this flash of a lifetime that we are here, my highest intention is to help as many people as possible. Each of us is beautifully unique, and it is up to us to find our own path that resonates deep in our soul. These alternative healing approaches have been the most potent vehicles of transformation in my personal life, and I am grateful for this opportunity to share them with all those who are seeking.

With a formal background as a psychiatric nurse, I have witnessed a system model that looks only at the physical body by treating symptoms.  Holistic approaches believe disease is the outward sign that something inside our mind, heart, and spirit is out of balance. These alternative modalities require the individual to do their part of the inner work to receive lasting benefits. Ultimately, there is no person or medicine that can heal you. It is up to each one of us to find the right tools that support us on our journey to heal ourselves.

Inspire. Expand. Connect.

Women's Empowerment

Through my personal healing journey, I have developed a deep understanding of  the power created when women gather together.  This is one of the most potent ways we can connect.  By tuning in with the lunar cycle, we learn how our individual processes are related to the larger collective consciousness. There is a very special energy created when only one sex is present. In addition, many women feel more open and there is greater willingness to be vulnerable. Within this community, we create a diverse network of women from all walks of life,  from many regions of the world, with the shared intention of supporting one another on our spiritual path to reach our greatest potential and follow our heart's most intimate aspirations.

Purify. Cleanse. Heal.

Kambo Frog Medicine

A medicine that was once only accessible in isolated corners of the Amazon is now making an international impact and bringing its powerful healing capacities to the modern world. The benefits of this indigenous medicine includes purification of toxins, boosting the immune system, resetting our physical chemistry, lifting depression, healing addiction, increasing motivation, regulating the menstrual cycle, increasing fertility; just to name a few. The Kambo can be used to support you transitioning off pharmaceuticals including antidepressants, antipsychotics, and many other medications that traditionally cause difficult withdrawal symptoms.

Create a Life you Love

Psychotherapy, Counseling, and Life Coaching

Have you been struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, mood swings, or other types of mental illness? Are you looking for a way to find more purpose or clearer direction for your life and goals? Are you struggling with relationships in general? This type of treatment approach incorporates techniques from modern psychology and eastern philosophy. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is based on the fundamental principal of mindfulness which can be applied to every aspect of our lives.  This type of therapy is a 2 way street, where the client is expected  to complete several tasks during the following week. If we can commit to one small step, we begin to reclaim our personal power to restore our health and wellbeing.

Experience. Reconnect. Unplug

Retreats to the Amazon

The Amazon Rain Forest in the far western region of Brazil is one of the most enchanted places on our planet. It is full of medicines, pulsing with prana, and gives birth to new life each day. The Amazon Immersion retreat is an opportunity to go DEEP. Deep into the medicines. Deep into the forest. Deep into yourself. The focus of this journey will be the actual process of harvesting and preparing  the sacred medicines.  We will be staying with a humble local community that is completely devoted to this work.  In the busyness of our daily lives, we often forget the importance of connecting with nature.  When we nurture our relationship with the forest, we can gather the vital energy present there and carry it back with us. This force provides the strength to propel us forward on our paths of healing, growth, and transformation.
